What is Boot Camp?

Boot Camp is an intensive five-day-a-week, month-long program designed to get you more fit in four weeks than you would believe! Our mission is to eliminate fat and restore your health and vitality. The result is that you look and feel fantastic. Each day, a new fat-blasting circuit workout is ready for you - to burn off those extra pounds, sculpt your body, and improve your health and fitness FAST! You have two Boot Camp Program Options: Total Fitness or Classes Only. Boot Camp Total Fitness includes 20 professionally programmed workouts, a one-on-one fitness/nutrition/lifestyle assessment with a personal trainer, ongoing nutrition analysis and advice, and a follow-up assessment to chart your progress - all of the components of a Personal Training program - combined with the fun, support and motivation provided in a group setting. MORNINGS/AFTERNOONS: Monday through Friday 7 a.m.- 12 p.m..

EVENINGS: Monday through Thursday 7:30 p.m.-9:00 p.m., Friday 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Who Can Do Boot Camp?

Our classes are made up of men, women and teens ranging anywhere from 16 to 60 years of age. We have trained individuals who never exercised before, college football players, and everything in between! Included in our present and former recruits are doctors, pastors, engineers, bankers, stay-at-home moms, nurses, teachers, firefighters, interior designers, school administrators, realtors, computer programmers, flight attendants, entrepreneurs, high school and college students, and more! No matter who you are, you will fit in at Arlington Boot Camp.

Why Should I Do Boot Camp?

People choose to attend Boot Camp for a variety of reasons. Most want to lose some weight or lower their body fat. Some are looking to get hard and cut. Some need increased energy and endurance. Some are bored with their workouts and want to shake up their routine.
